Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 7–20 business days
International: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Ambix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to be resent.
